Saying Rosenow Customs is an AMAZING company to work with would definitely be a huge understatement. They came to my rescue when I had all but given up hope of someone figuring out how to stop my roof from leaking. Between myself and my grandfather (who I bought the house from 6 years ago) the roof had always been a menace. I know for sure he had it worked on a few times that I can remember, and I also had multiple companies come to work on the roof, with each time being worse than the last. After the last company in November 2022 finished, not only was the flat roof still junk but my asphalt roof was installed wrong and causing even more problems! Fast forward to this year when I finally got a hold of Shane Rosenow and my whole life changed. He inspected the roof, heard my story and he felt absolutely horrible about all that I had gone through with my roof and couldn’t believe the shotty work that people did. He knew with me being a single mother who had just finished cancer treatments, and already paid multiple times to get this done, that there was no way I could afford to get this taken care of the right way, so he did the unthinkable…HE DID IT FOR FREE!!!! His team was over later that week and they got it taken care of in 2 DAYS!!! And when they started digging in, they realized it was even worse than they thought, but they still did it ALL at NO cost to me. I was speechless and crying tears of joy. I have never met such amazing people in my life. Shane, Joe, and the entire team are all wonderful people. They did great work, were friendly and cleaned up after the job better than any other team that has been to my house. If you ever need any work done to your home, I will never recommend anyone other than Rosenow Customs.

I had a wonderful experience working with Rosenow Customs. My home needed soffit, fascia, and gutters as the current ones were either rotted wood or non existent. After having a pair of representatives knock on my door to get the company name out in the neighborbood, I was able to book a free estimate right with them. The free estimate was extremely quick and efficient and thanks to their financing program, i was able to go ahead and schedule the work that needed to be done. I was sent JR, their soffit and fascia expert. He did the whole house by himself in about a week. Very pleasant to work with. The 2 gutter guys came in about a week later after the soffit and fascia were completed and put up all the gutters in less than 3 hours. My front porch soffit was in pretty good original condition but after everything was complete, I thought it would be nice to have front porch look like the back porch. I asked if there was anyway to have my front porch done as I had extra money in my available finances. Rosenow didn't bat an eye and said they would take care of it for no additional cost to me. I am very happy with all of the work done and am also excited to prolong the longevity of my 127 year old home. Thanks everyone!

Hottest day of the year (8/23) 98+ degrees. Showed up at 6:15 am, stayed until after 7:00 pm. Took off old shingles - 2 layers & old gutters. Came back the next day to finish the job. Cleaned up the whole yard when they were finished. Great work ethic. Great communication. Would definitely recommend. Oh, and the roof & new gutters look great!!! Thanks Again...

I recently had a Decra roof and new gutters installed by Rosenow. They did a fantastic job. Besides the outer layer of shingles, they also had to remove the older cedar shingles underneath, but still got it all done in 1.5 days. Jeremy and Joe were great to work with and went over several different options with me, but were not pushy about any of them. Just gave me the details, answered all my questions, and let me make the decision without any pressure. I went with the Decra so that I won't have to worry about another roof install in my lifetime. Jeremy stopped over both days the roof was being installed to make sure I was feeling good about everything. He also stopped over when the gutters were being installed and one more time after it was all finished to make sure I was happy with the results and if I had any more questions. I didn't think a roof could enhance the appearance of a house as much as this Decra roof did. Now I feel like I need to speed up getting my siding taken care of because the roof looks so nice. Oh, they also took the time to fix up the venting from the bathroom into the attic. No more steamy mirrors or windows. The entire process from presale to completed job went very well and I never felt stressed about it or like I was being pressured into more expensive or unnecessary options. So we recently purchased a home and just needed a small roof job done that had showed up on our home inspection. Of the many companies I called, majority either did not return my call or wouldn't even bother giving an estimate as was too small of a job. Rosenow just finished installing a new shingle roof for us -- June 2021. We absolutely love our new roof! Shane was very friendly to work with along with being very professional. Nice shingle product selection as we chose a non-stock color but matched our house perfectly. One more thing worth mentioning is how fast his crew works! But doesn't skip on quality. They came in and tarped everything down around the house first, so no damage to your landscaping, shrubs, etc. Then they had a huge dumpster they disposed everything into Next reinstalled the roof and it looks great. They hammered all of this out before the rain started that afternoon from 7am to 2:30pm, unreal! We had gutter guards too and they removed these and reinstalled over the new shingles. 5 Stars all the way.
